I first contacted Louanne after my last relationship had ended. It was yet another failed relationship, my heart was broken again, and I’d had enough of choosing the wrong person and getting into another toxic relationship. I wanted to figure out why this kept happening in my life and I decided it was time for me to find a coach who specialised in all things related to ‘love’. We have coaches and trainers for everything else in life, so why not have a coach for dating and relationships?
I worked with Louanne intensely over a 12-week period. Every coaching session unravelled more about myself and the deeply ingrained ways of thinking that I’d carried for many years. Her method and style of coaching was able to untangle problems that years of therapy couldn’t. I was able to see everything from a new perspective and change my old patterns of thinking, which in turn, changed how I saw and felt about myself.
During our coaching, I started to notice little shifts along the way — some bigger than others. I felt happier and lighter in all areas of my life, and I developed the confidence to start dating again, knowing that I had the right tools to guide me along the way. I still use these tools today, in any kind of life situation. We can’t stop things happening in our external world, but we can change the way we react to them, and that’s what Louanne helped me achieve. I can honestly say, she has changed my life for the better and I’m so very grateful for the work we have done together.
I would highly recommend Louanne to anyone who wants to find peace and happiness in all areas of their life, particularly love. She is my personal love guru and an extraordinary soul that I will never stop learning from.
