I first contacted Louanne after my last relationship had ended. It was yet another failed relationship, my heart was broken again, and I’d had enough of choosing the wrong person and getting into another toxic relationship. I wanted to figure out why this kept happening in my life and I decided it was time for me to find a coach who specialised in all things related to ‘love’. We have coaches and trainers for everything else in life, so why not have a coach for dating and relationships?
I worked with Louanne intensely over a 12-week period. Every coaching session unravelled more about myself and the deeply ingrained ways of thinking that I’d carried for many years.
